A total of 602 patients were studied under controlled trial,all suffering from stomach carcinoma.These patients either were not fit for surgery or didn't want to undergo surgery.All of these patients were transfused with 60 million stomach specific killer stem cells.At days 30 post stem cell MRIs were carried out and 560 patients showed regression of the cancerous lesion to 40 %.42 patients didn't showed regression to any extent yet they showed same regression at MRIs done at 60 days post stem cell.Post stem cell boosters included tab sorafenib 200 mg bd and tab pazopanib 400 mg od in all these patients.560 patients were also given tab azathioprine in addition to these,but those 42 patients didn't receive azathioprine.By the end of 6 months the 560 patients had cancer free stomach as per MRIs and the 42 patients showed same clearance by 8 months.
Stomach specific killer stem cells are potent and curative treatment for stomach carcinoma.The combination of sorafenib,pazopanib and azathioprine is the most useful post stem cell combination.Killer stem cell treatment is much better option than chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
